for total renovation, in the Limousin Natural Park, Northern
Dordogne, 5 minutes by foot from the centre of Piegut-Pluviers,
24360.

The south-facing land is mostly wooded (mixed - oak, pine, cherry,
chestnut, silver birch) and is south facing sloping gently down to
the lake (approx 1 acre �` mostly trout) which is spring fed from
above. Some considerable land clearing will be necessary due to
storm damage and neglect over the years.

The brick `fishing lodge` which faces south is in need of entire
renovation/completion. The building is on two levels with 2 small
rooms, corridor and entrance on the lower level and one large room
with a tiled floor, fireplace, sink (no water), a main entrance and
balcony on the upper level. There was an additional wooden
`kitchen` area to the rear but this has now collapsed . No permission
was granted for mains water to the `lodge` but the previous owners

Part of the land near the country road leading into town is
